Ofelya
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has urged not to view communications between Moscow and Washington as something extraordinary, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“I would caution that the current state of Russian-American dialogue should not be viewed as extraordinary; it is simply a return to a normal situation,” the minister stated.
Lavrov also spoke about the ceasefire on Victory Day. “For Kyiv, Putin's proposal is the beginning of direct negotiations without preconditions,” the Russian Foreign Minister declared.
