A Bad Leader Is Not a Problem for Himself, He Is a Problem for All of Us: Kocharyan

A bad politician, a bad leader is not a problem for himself; he is a problem for all of us. This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, during a meeting with the students and professors of the Armenian University.
"This war should not have happened. This war was instigated by our own actions, by the Armenian authorities. The negotiations failed due to irresponsible, grandiloquent statements, and in the end, we ended up with what we have now. Now everyone is guilty," Kocharyan said.
