We Have Two Conditions Regarding This Issue: Lavrov
Russia considers Ukraine's neutral non-aligned status and overcoming the consequences of the neo-Nazi regime's governance as two necessary conditions for resolving the crisis, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
“Our position on regulation is well known. We proceed from the fact that Kyiv's non-accession to NATO, its establishment of a neutral and non-aligned status in accordance with the 1990 declaration of Ukraine's state sovereignty, is one of the two foundations for a final resolution of the Ukrainian crisis that meets Russia's security interests. The second is overcoming the consequences of the neo-Nazi regime's governance established as a result of the coup in Ukraine in February 2014, including actions aimed at the complete destruction of the Russian language, media, culture, traditions, and the legislative and physical extermination of canonical Orthodoxy,” said Sergey Lavrov.
