Russia Awaits Signal: Peskov

The Kremlin has suggested that Kyiv take steps towards direct negotiations with Moscow. Russia is waiting for a signal from Ukraine to resume talks. This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, according to RIA Novosti.

“Kyiv needs to take some action in this regard. There is a legal barrier; for now, we see no actions,” he added. It is noteworthy that Vladimir Putin has repeatedly stated that negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv are impossible due to Vladimir Zelensky's obstruction.
