Ukrainian Armed Forces Deny Report Presented to Putin

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has refuted claims that Russian troops have completely expelled Ukrainian military personnel from the Kursk region. "The defensive operation of Ukraine’s Defense Forces is ongoing in certain areas of Kurshchyna. The operational situation is complex, but our units continue to hold certain positions and carry out assigned tasks as planned, effectively inflicting fire losses on the enemy using all types of weaponry, including employing active defense tactics," the statement from the Ukrainian General Staff reads.

It is worth noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin was briefed on the conclusion of the operation for the liberation of the Kursk region by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
