Sambist Mher Ohanyan Wins European Championship

Armenian sambists have earned more medals at the European Championship taking place in Cyprus. Mher Ohanyan (71 kg) has become the gold medalist of the European Youth Sambo Championship.

The title of champion in the youth category was awarded to Mher Ohanyan in the 71 kg weight class. He has achieved the status of gold medalist at the European Youth Sambo Championship.

Other Armenian representatives include Arshak Bekchyan in the 64 kg category and Seiran Sarukhanyan in the 88 kg category, both of whom have won silver medals. Samvel Ghazaryan in the 79 kg category, Erik Saghatelyan in the 98 kg category, and Arsen Hayrapetyan in the +98 kg category have all claimed bronze medals.
