Georgia Eases Entry Regulations for Citizens of 17 Countries
The authorities of Georgia have simplified the entry regulations for citizens of 17 countries in Asia and Africa. This was reported by ‘News-Georgia’.
The ease of restrictions applies to Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Ghana, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Yemen, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Congo, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Starting May 16, citizens of these 17 countries will be able to enter Georgia without a visa if they hold a valid multiple-entry visa or residence permit issued by the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman.
