Criminal Subculture Is Not a Path to Empowering Boys – Pashinyan

I apologize for this mention, but there is a misconception in our society that the criminal subculture is a path to empowering boys. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government session.

“Today, I can officially say that the criminal subculture is a method of depriving boys of identity and not allowing them to have their own forms of thought. This is the biggest delusion that is discussed in our reality,” the Prime Minister said.
