The Garage Does Not Generate Waste, You Knew About Closed Doors Then: Iskandaryan

If the garage does not generate waste, and before this project no fees have been charged for garages, why was nothing mentioned about exemptions when bringing forward the price increase proposal?

This was stated by Grigor Iskandaryan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the 'Mother Armenia' faction, during a council meeting.

“In my opinion, you knew that there was no waste collection fee for garages, so why didn’t you mention exemptions immediately when bringing forward the price increase proposal? After all, you knew about the closed doors back then,” Iskandaryan said.
