Azerbaijan Invites Armenia to Participate in CIS Games

Azerbaijan has extended an invitation to Armenia to participate in the 3rd Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Games, scheduled to take place from September 28 to October 8 in the occupied city of Stepanakert and other locations.

"Armenia has not yet provided information regarding its participation in the CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan," noted Ayjul Aghayev, a representative of the national organizing committee for the CIS Games.

In addition to the occupied Stepanakert, the games will be held in Ganja (Gandzak), Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Gabala, Sheki, and Goygol.
