Armenia to Consider Azerbaijan's Invitation

Armenia will discuss the participation of Armenian athletes in the 3rd CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan. “We will discuss and make a decision soon,” said Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan in a conversation with reporters.

When asked if Armenia is opposed to participation, she noted that it depends on various factors, including security measures. “Decisions will be made based on the availability of complete information,” the minister added.

It is worth mentioning that Baku has announced that it has sent an invitation for Armenian athletes to participate in the 3rd CIS Games in Azerbaijan.
