According to the publication, Ukraine and EU countries are expected to present their responses to the list of conditions that were previously communicated to Rubion and Trump’s special envoys Witkoff and Kellogg during negotiations in Paris, at a meeting scheduled to take place in London.

Rubion communicated with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov last week, but “not much came out of that.” He added that there would be no “meetings for the sake of meetings” if there are no clear signs of real progress.
