Draft to Extend the Deadline for Declarations Adopted by the National Assembly

The National Assembly has adopted the tax code amendment bill in the second reading and in full, proposing to extend the deadline for individuals to submit their declarations. The new bill sets the deadline for November 1 for the years 2025 and 2026, and July 1 for subsequent years.

The bill was passed with 60 votes in favor, 1 against, and 29 abstentions.
