Incompetence Ignores Our Country's Given Chances: Zakharova

The absolute incompetence of the Kyiv regime is failing to utilize all the opportunities provided to them by the international community, primarily the Russian Federation. Moreover, the Ukrainian side is doing this deliberately, systematizing such an approach. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as reported by TASS.

“All the chances given to them—the Kyiv authorities—by the international community, primarily our country, they are incompetent, simply incompetent, and that is putting it mildly. In reality, they are not using these opportunities by accident, but rather are acting on a systematic basis for everything to work differently,” she said.

Zakharova emphasized that the leadership of Russia has repeatedly spoken about Kyiv's shortcomings. “There have been many such examples. Let’s take a global example—the Minsk agreements; they talked for years about implementing all of that, and then confessed that they did not even intend to. On one hand, it seemed that the Kyiv regime was ready to sign under that and even declared that it would participate in that moratorium, and then the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to strike with even greater fury,” Zakharova noted. She stated that the systematic approach of the Ukrainian side is becoming increasingly evident, and therein lies the terrorist essence of the Kyiv regime.
