We welcome the start of the indirect negotiation process between Tehran and Washington. This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.

“We are convinced that all issues regarding the Iranian nuclear program and the JCPOA must be resolved exclusively through political and diplomatic means,” he said.

According to Peskov, Russia considers the peaceful settlement of the Iranian nuclear issue one of its priorities and is ready to exert every possible effort to support the negotiation process.
