Everything Depends on Armenia: Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister

The signing of a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia depends on the further actions of the Armenian side. This was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

He noted that the agreement on the text of the peace treaty is a result of efforts from both sides, and the signing of the document will mark the final phase of the peace process.

“Now everything depends on the actions of the Armenian side. Sometimes Armenian officials speak about their intention to change the Constitution. However, the details, for example, what changes are being discussed, remain unknown,” Bayramov said.
