Putin Announces Temporary Ceasefire, Calls on Kyiv to Follow Suit

Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared a ceasefire in connection with the Easter holiday. According to the Kremlin, the Russian side will halt all hostilities from April 19 at 18:00 until April 21 at 00:00.

Putin has urged Kyiv to follow the example set by Russia.
