We Had Purchased Tickets, But Azerbaijan Refused: Shahramanyan

The President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, stated that he met with Arayik Harutyunyan and discussed the issue of going to Sofia during a meeting of the National Security Council, and they gave a positive response.

“Moreover, 15 days later, there was a proposal to meet in Bratislava, which we accepted, and our delegation had purchased tickets to go there, but Azerbaijan refused. These speculations are not moral, as the representatives of Artsakh have negotiated directly with Azerbaijan at various times,” said Shahramanyan.
