Trump: We Will Simply Say You Are Foolish

Washington will withdraw from negotiations regarding Ukraine if either party sabotages them, U.S. President Donald Trump stated.

“If for any reason one of the two sides is causing too much trouble, we will simply say, 'You are foolish, you are terrible people, and we will just leave it.' But, I hope we will not have to do that,” Trump said during a conversation with reporters at the White House.

The U.S. leader did not give a definitive answer regarding the continuation of military assistance to Ukraine. He hopes that the U.S. will not be forced to take such measures, as a peace agreement can hopefully be reached.
