The message from Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to Russian President Vladimir Putin is a signal to the entire world. This was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.

According to him, Tehran considers Moscow as its strategic partner.

“We have conveyed our Supreme Leader's message to the President of Russia. This message is not just for Vladimir Putin, but also a signal to the whole world that Iran considers Russia its strategic partner and important neighbor,” he said.
