Which Countries Will Participate in May 9 Celebrations in Moscow

All leaders of the CIS countries will arrive in Moscow on May 9 to attend the celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. This was announced by the CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev.

"I am pleased and satisfied, as I believe you are, to inform you that all leaders of CIS states will be present at the celebrations in Moscow on May 9," Lebedev stated during a meeting of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly Council.

Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov informed reporters that Russia is expecting more than 20 leaders of states and governments to attend the Victory Parade.
