Trump Discusses Two Options Regarding Iran

The U.S. is not rushing to attack Iran due to Tehran's developing nuclear program. This was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump while answering reporters’ questions at the White House.

He was asked to comment on the possibility of striking the Islamic Republic because of its nuclear program. “I wouldn’t say that I’ve eliminated that option. I’m not rushing to do that because I believe that Iran has the opportunity to become a great nation and live happily without death. That’s my first option. The second option would be very bad for Iran. I don’t want to do anything that could be harmful, but Iran cannot have nuclear weapons,” he said.
