There Should Be No Obstacles for Azerbaijan: Bayramov

According to Jayhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, the passage should be completely unimpeded for Azerbaijan; there must be no obstacles. Azerbaijani media reports this statement made by Bayramov.

“Besides the opening of general communications, Azerbaijan demands a special approach regarding the establishment of connections between the western regions and Nakhchivan. This passage should be literally unimpeded for Azerbaijan; there must be no obstacles,” Bayramov stated.
