The Initiator is Azerbaijan: Bayramov

The initiator of the process for signing a peace agreement with Armenia has been Azerbaijan, and we have contributed to this process. This was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, according to Azerbaijani media.

“During the meeting with Mirzoyan to complete the entire process related to the peace agreement and bring it to the signing level, we once again reminded the Armenian side of Azerbaijan's legitimate demands. Armenia wants to present this as new conditions. This is not the case; we expect the fulfillment of these demands by Armenia since 2022. Once again, the issue of territorial claims in Armenia's Constitution and the unnecessary removal of the Minsk Group was emphasized to Armenia’s attention,” said Bayramov.
