Baku Still Has Expectations from Yerevan: Bayramov

Work on the text of the peace agreement was completed in March; however, it is still too early to speak about the final completion of the process. This was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, according to Azerbaijani media.

“The work on the peace agreement text was completed in March, but it is still too early to talk about the final completion of the process. Baku still has expectations from Yerevan,” said Bayramov.

According to him, aside from the changes to the Constitution of Armenia and the dissolution of the Minsk Group, the issue of opening communications also remains unresolved.
