At 42, Still in the First Grade: Mikoyan
Member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, Arusyak Julhakyan, responding to accusations regarding the denial of the Armenian Genocide from the podium of the National Assembly, stated that the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, also approved the creation of a commission of historians. 'The Second President had agreed to establish a government commission that would again examine whether or not the Genocide took place,' said Julhakyan.
Yerevan.Today requested a comment from Bagrat Mikoyan, the head of the second president's office, on this issue. 'Both Erdoğan’s 2005 letter proposing the establishment of a commission of historians and President Kocharian’s response, rejecting that proposal, are readily available online. To represent that response in this way, either Arusyak Julhakyan is still in the first grade at the age of 42 (the characterization is from her boss), and comprehension of texts is beyond her, or she is outright lying like her boss, or she is excited by her boss's embraced book by Erdoğan,' replied Mikoyan.
