You Have Always Been a Perfect 'Zhiguli': Konyryan

We are different because we possess self-reflective ability. This was stated by Hayk Konyryan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' parliamentary faction.

'The Prime Minister, for instance, can also speak about our ignorance, while you had a prime minister who said that you don’t need intelligence to engage in politics,' Konyryan said.

The deputy also recalled a video that circulated online, where a car was split into two parts – one side was a 'Mercedes' and the other a 'Zhiguli.' According to Konyryan, the video depicted how the 'Mercedes' improved over the years, while the 'Zhiguli' remained the same throughout those years, and it was captioned, 'Zhiguli, inherently perfect.'

'You are essentially a perfect 'Zhiguli,' folks, you don’t even have a place for education; you are political dinosaurs,' Konyryan addressed the opposition.
