The Sky is About to Fall on My Head Due to Pressure: Vučić

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has confirmed his intention to visit Moscow on May 9, despite the pressures surrounding upcoming negotiations and collaborations regarding gas contracts with Russia. He announced this in a message directed to the people, highlighting Serbia's historical role in the fight against fascism, as reported by TASS.

Vučić noted that his decision is driven by the necessity to discuss further gas cooperation conditions with his Russian counterparts, the fate of the NIS company (Serbia's oil industry), and other strategic issues.

"The sky is about to fall on my head due to pressure, but I will not back out of the visit. Serbia takes pride in its contribution to the fight against fascism, unlike those who rewrite history. This is the main reason why I accepted the invitation," he stated.
