Sargsyan on Declarations and Obtaining ID Cards

In the provision of universal declaration, there is a high demand. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sargsyan, in the National Assembly.

“In the provision of universal declaration, there is a high demand. Our citizens wishing to submit a declaration are applying for an ID (identification) card. I should say that their number is quite large,” said Sargsyan.
