We Know How to Avoid Agreements: Lavrov

Moscow and Washington have not yet reached an agreement on the Russian-Ukrainian accord, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Lavrov stated that the two sides are still discussing the main parameters of a possible Russian-Ukrainian agreement. "We are ready to discuss mutually beneficial initiatives with the US President, but we know how to avoid agreements that could be detrimental to Russia's interests," the diplomat added.
