The Draft Between Armenia and Azerbaijan is Complete: Pashinyan

Security is a key factor in human well-being, at least equal to food. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the National Assembly.

“The only reliable military guarantee is peace, and I am glad to state that the negotiations regarding the agreement on the establishment of peace and inter-state relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan have been completed. This means that we have entered the phase of signing the agreement.
We propose to Azerbaijan to sign the Peace Agreement and a joint application to the OSCE regarding the dissolution of the Minsk Group structures simultaneously,” said Pashinyan.
