One of the Most Peaceful Years Yet, Says Rubinyan
It should be noted that the last year has been one of the most peaceful years, at least on the ground, with certain exceptions. This was stated by the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, during a press briefing with journalists.
In response to a question about whether the same message of peace would be presented in the 2026 elections, given that citizens were promised peace in the previous elections, he stated, “Of course, there have been certain events, but overall, it has been one of the quietest years. There has also been some progress in the peace process, the text of the peace agreement has been agreed upon, and we are doing everything to sign it as soon as possible.”
He also added that it will concern various sectors of life. “We will continue to move forward within the framework of the ideology of ‘Real Armenia’ and offer our citizens the solutions that we see,” Rubinyan concluded.
