There is a widespread issue with various individuals using operational license plates. In general, how is the regulation structured? As a member of the National Assembly, can I travel with operational license plates? This question was posed today in the National Assembly by MP Gegham Manukyan to the ruling party MP Andranik Kocharyan and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Mkrtchyan.
