In Either Case, the Situation is Catastrophic: Peskov

Kiev either cannot or does not want to maintain the moratorium on strikes against energy infrastructure. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of Russia, as reported by TASS.

"What is the worth of a temporary moratorium on strikes against energy infrastructure objects? There are two options here: either the Kiev regime does not want to uphold this moratorium, or it cannot, as well as being unable to control its troops and its military personnel. In either case, the situation is catastrophic," Peskov said.
