Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that Ankara is absolutely against and does not accept the forced displacement of Gaza residents. The Turkish President made this remark during negotiations with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa in Antalya, according to RIA Novosti.
“The only solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict is the decision to create two states. Turkey continues its efforts to achieve lasting peace and to stop Israeli strikes on Palestinian territories, including Gaza,” the Turkish leader’s office reported.
Erdogan emphasized that Turkey categorically rejects the forced displacement of Gaza residents and will continue to provide humanitarian assistance to them.
