Trump Understands the Underlying Causes: Lavrov

The only solution to the conflict in Ukraine is the elimination of its underlying causes, and Trump understands this, said Sergey Lavrov in Antalya, according to TASS.

The Russian Foreign Minister also noted that the U.S. recognizes the necessity of resolving territorial issues within the context of Ukrainian regulations.

“In the context of the Ukrainian settlement, Russia is primarily concerned about people, not territories,” Lavrov stated.
