The Solution is the Signing of the Document: Mirzoyan

There is no de facto conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, but a peace treaty has not yet been signed de jure, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated during a panel discussion at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.

"The solution is the signing of the document and the cessation of the conflict," he noted.

It is worth mentioning that the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister had previously announced that a final agreement is close. "After almost two and a half years of negotiations, the parties have reached a final agreement," said Jeyhun Bayramov.
