Azerbaijani servicemen will participate in the Victory Parade in Moscow. This was announced by the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia, Rakhman Mustafayev.

"Azerbaijani soldiers will be part of a group of 80, consisting of 80 servicemen from the Azerbaijani army," he said.

The ambassador noted that they will soon depart for Moscow for rehearsals. "This is our common victory," Mustafayev added.

On March 15, the Kremlin's press service reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon had a phone conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to discuss current issues. During the conversation, they also agreed to meet on May 9 in Moscow during the celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
