Azerbaijan's Aliyev Accuses Armenia Again

Attempts to draw dividing lines in the South Caucasus will fail. This was stated by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev, according to TASS.

"Azerbaijan has strategic partnership agreements with many countries. Armenia, due to its aggression and occupation, has deprived itself of the opportunity to be a transit country," he said.
