Trump Will Only Strike a Deal with China on One Condition

The trade deal between the United States and China is only possible on the condition of eliminating the U.S. trade deficit, stated U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to Trump, the U.S. loses hundreds of billions of dollars each year due to its relationship with China. “If we don’t solve this problem, I’m not going to make a deal. I’m willing to make a deal, but they will have to address the issue of the surplus,” Trump remarked.
