Russia is Doing Nothing, Only Delaying: Ryuten
Ofelya
Russia needs to show a desire to end the war in Ukraine, but so far the Kremlin is only delaying the negotiation process. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Mark Ryuten, according to CBS News.
“Russia is not acting quickly; I hear this from my American counterparts, that Russia really needs to do more to end this war,” said Ryuten.
Ryuten added that the U.S. is trying to gradually bring about an end to the war. “The Russians also need to dance the tango, but at this point, they are not moving from their spot,” he said.
