Yemen Launches Attack on US-Owned Ship

The Houthi movement, which governs northern Yemen, has launched an attack on military vessels in the northern part of the Red Sea, including a support ship for the American aircraft carrier Harry Truman, announced Houthi military representative Yahya Saree.

“For several hours, the missile forces, air force, and drone systems, along with naval forces, participated in the clashes,” the statement said.

It is noteworthy that the Houthis have resumed attacks on Israeli territory, which had been halted since January following the start of a ceasefire in the Palestinian Gaza Strip.
