Every Violation Will Be Accounted For: Zelensky

A Russian drone has again struck an energy facility and equipment in Kherson, deliberately targeting it, leaving part of the city without electricity. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on his Telegram channel.

“We insist that every such violation must be documented and receive a response from our partners. It is these small details that lead to serious delays in the diplomatic process by Russia. The unconditional cessation of strikes proposed by the United States is not being carried out solely due to Russia's position,” Zelensky wrote.
