Moscow Needs Actions, Not Promises: Lavrov
Edita
There has been noticeable progress in Russian-American negotiations, as evidenced by the willingness of American partners to eliminate obstacles to the work of diplomats from our countries. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by TASS.
“It's still early to talk about the progress of the Black Sea initiative; now the Americans are studying Russia's proposals. Moscow needs specific actions, not empty promises, regarding access to ports, normal rates for cargo transportation, insurance, and so on. Our American partners are currently reviewing these proposals and have promised to respond soon,” the minister added.
