Trump: Russia Intentionally Delaying this War

US President Donald Trump has not ruled out that Russia is intentionally delaying the signing of a ceasefire agreement with Ukraine. Trump made this statement during an interview with Newsmax.
"I don't know. I think Russia wants to end this war, but they are probably stalling for time," Trump said.
In conclusion, the president added that on average, the two warring sides lose a total of 2,500 soldiers each week.
