Arman Musinyan, spokesperson for the first President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan, made a post responding to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement regarding the Artsakh movement.

“Remember, he will bite, gnaw, shout, and threaten to complain to higher authorities, doing the imaginable and the unimaginable. But he will never reveal the official plans for the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement from the Minsk Group and Armenia's official responses, including the plan he rejected in 2019.
