Minor Crimes Can Lead to Visa Denials: Details
The U.S. Embassy in Armenia has announced that a conviction for a criminal offense can permanently disqualify individuals from entering the United States.
"Even a minor crime can be a reason for visa denial. Consular officials have access to criminal record data and they review information on previous violations and arrests. Be sure to provide only truthful information in your application and during your interview; failure to do so may result in a ban on entry," the statement said.
