Fire at Shopping Center in Rostov-on-Don, Evacuations Underway

A fire has broken out at a shopping center in Rostov-on-Don. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It has been noted that the fire later spread to the roof of a neighboring five-story building, from which 15 people were evacuated.
