Ararat Mirzoyan Congratulates Sergey Lavrov
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, had a phone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov. He shared this information on his microblog on X.
“We discussed the upcoming meetings within the framework of our bilateral political dialogue. I congratulated him on his birthday,” wrote Mirzoyan.
