Road Conditions in Armenia

The Rescue Service reports that roads in Armenia are mostly passable. However, the roads leading from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to Kari Lake and Amberd Fortress in the Aragatsotn province are closed. Drivers are required to use winter tires.

As for Lars, according to information from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Management Department and the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open to all types of vehicles.
